Who am I
Love. Loving totally. Exploring, adventure & serving humanity are the keys to growth in consciousness. I love running groups and supporting others on their spiritual and creative journeys in this life, I love making music and I love deepening into the essence of who I am. I love the beauty in the diversity of human beings, I love the wild innocence of animals. I love meeting challenges with love and growing beyond previously known limits. I find life hilarious. Life is a joke. Osho taught me that. I believe that when we come together and combine our presence and intelligence, it is possible to experience deep healing and tremendous joy. So this is my work. Bringing people together. Whether it is through Collective Trauma Healing, creating and performing music, writing or whatever else life calls me to in the moment. Life is one challenge after another, one adventure after another, one opportunity after another to grow through the cracks in the human personality and burst out into the greatest display of beauty and music that you have ever known and all of this is inside of you waiting to be activated.
